Our Great Escape, LLC (OGE) Cancellation Policy:

Booking/Security Deposit:  A Rental Agreement outlining OGE's TERMS AND CONDITIONS will be mailed to Renter; it must be signed, initialed, returned, AND received along with a Booking/Security deposit of $500.00 within 14 days of Renter making the reservation (only the Renter can pay the Security Deposit); if these terms and conditions are not met, OGE reserves the right to cancel the Renter’s reservation. 

Cancellation: Written notice of Renter's intent to cancel is required. For additional information regarding OGE's Cancellation Policy contact OGE.

Final Payment: Receipt of Final payment (payment in full) is due 120 days prior to Renter's scheduled arrival date and only the Renter can pay the Final Payment. If payment in full is not received between booking date and 120 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, on day 119 prior to scheduled arrival date OGE reserves the right to cancel the Renter's reservation and the Booking/Security Deposit will be forfeited in its’ entirety.

Booking/Security Deposit/Final Payment Cancellation Exceptions:

Under extreme circumstances due to a medical emergency and/or a life-threatening medical emergency involving Renter, Renter's spouse, or Renter's children that Renter has legal guardianship of.  Cancellation: Written notice of Renter’s intent to cancel is required. For additional information regarding Exceptions to OGE's Cancellation Policy contact OGE.

 

NOTE: If you are concerned about the details of OGE's Cancellation Policy and/or exceptions to OGE's Cancellation Policy, prior to receiving OGE's Rental Agreement, PLEASE contact us by phone/text, or email- click on CONTACT tab.

Occupancy: No refunds will be given for late Renter arrival to the property, and/or, upon occupancy by the Renter, no refunds given for early departure from the property for any reason(s) including medical emergencies.

NOTE: OGE recommends that Renter purchase Trip Insurance if Renter is concerned about OGE’s Cancellation Policy or is concerned about the possibility of cancelling their reservation with OGE.  Furthermore, OGE reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of its' booking/cancellation policy as stated above for rental periods that are longer than one week, and/or rentals that require a change(s) to the stated policy.
