(Only Guests/Visitors Registered on OGE's Rental Agreement Are Allowed on OGE's Property)

*Weekly Rate - Peak-Season Rate quoted above is for up to and including (8) registered guests/visitors combined. Off-Season Rate quoted above is for up to and including (6) registered guests/visitors combined. An additional weekly charge of $125 Peak-Season and $100 Off-Season per additional registered guest/visitor regardless of age or length of stay will be charged for parties larger than (8) and (6) guests/visitors respectively plus all applicable state and local taxes for up to 12 registered guests/visitors maximum.  Reservations are not accepted for rental parties larger than 12 guests/visitors total, nor may more than 12 guests/visitors be registered/listed on the Rental Agreement.

**Refundable Deposit- Booking/Security Deposit of $500.00 (per week) is 100% refundable provided the terms and conditions of OGE's Rental Agreement and Cancellation Policy are met as stated - Click on the POLICIES tab for more details.

***Maximum Occupancy of 12 registered rental party guests/visitors reflects putting loft mattresses side-by-side in the loft to provide sleeping arrangements for up to two additional registered guests/visitors or using the Pack-N-Play portable cribs that are provided for toddlers/infants.

 

- PETS OF ANY TYPE ARE NOT ALLOWED - (No matter how cute or well-behaved.)

Please be advised:  Intentionally falsifying occupancy information to include the names of guests/visitors and/or omitting guest/visitor names, and/or housing unregistered/unpaid guests/visitors, and/or pets of any type while at the property is grounds for immediate eviction and forfeiture of entire $500.00 (per week) Booking/Security Deposit.

OGE is a Non-Smoking establishment-smoking is not allowed anywhere inside of the house or inside of the screened porch.  In addition, OGE is located in a National Forest- Fireworks and/or Fire Arms of any type are not allowed on OGE’s Property.  Evidence of smoking in house and/or porch, and/or fireworks and/or fire arms being brought onto OGE’s property is grounds for immediate eviction and forfeiture of entire $500.00 (per week) Booking/Security Deposit
