**Maximum Occupancy of 12 people reflects putting loft mattresses side-by-side to provide sleeping arrangements for up to an additional two persons or using the cribs that are provided. Please be advised that intentionally falsifying occupancy information to include the names of guests and/or omitting guest names, and/or housing unregistered guests while at the property is grounds for immediate eviction and forfeiture of entire $500.00 Security Deposit. This is a Non-Smoking establishment.

OUR GREAT ESCAPE, LLC (OGE) CANCELLATION POLICY: Booking Deposits: A Rental Agreement outlining the above stated TERMS AND CONDITIONS will be mailed to Renter; it must be signed, initialed, and returned along with a booking/security deposit of $500.00 within 14 days of Renter making the reservation; if both conditions are not met, OGE reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Written notice of Renter's intent to cancel is required. A cancellation request received from the time of booking to 90 days prior arrival date will result in a $100 service fee being assessed and the remainder of the booking deposit refunded. Cancellation requests received less than 90 days from the date of booking will result in the booking deposit being forfeited in its’ entirety unless OGE can re-rent the property for the same period, in which case a $100 service fee plus any discounts offered to rent the property assessed and the remaining booking deposit refunded. Booking Deposit Cancellation Exception: If written intent to cancel is received prior to 60 days of arrival date due to medical reasons or a family emergency, all booking deposit monies collected less a $100 service fee will be returned. If requested, proof of medical condition or family emergency must be provided. Final Payments: Final payment is due in full 60 days prior to Renter's scheduled arrival date. If Final payment is not received in full by 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, OGE will cancel the Renter's reservation and the Booking/Security Deposit will be forfeited in its’ entirety, unless OGE can re-rent the property for the same period, in which case a $100 service fee will be assessed along with any discounts offered by OGE to secure the booking and the remainder of the Booking/Security Deposit will be refunded. If Renter intends to cancel within 60 days of scheduled arrival date, written notice of Renter's intent to cancel is required. If written intent to cancel is received less than 60 days but more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, 50% of the total rental fee/sales taxes collected will be forfeited, with the remaining rental balance and booking deposit refunded immediately. If written intent to cancel is received less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, 100% forfeiture of the total rental fee/sales taxes collected will be forfeited, and the booking deposit will be refunded in its entirety. Final Payment Cancellation Exceptions: (1) If written intent to cancel is received within 60 days of scheduled arrival date and OGE can re-rent the property for the same period, a $100 service fee will be charged plus any discounts offered to rent the property, and the balance of the booking deposit plus all rental fees/taxes collected will be refunded. If OGE is unable to re-rent the property for the same period, the total rental fee/sales taxes collected will be forfeited, and the booking deposit refunded in its’ entirety. (2) If written intent to cancel is received within 60 days of scheduled arrival date due to medical reasons or a family emergency, all monies collected less a $100 service fee will be returned. If requested, proof of medical condition or family emergency must be provided.
